OVERVIEW OF GPBANK
On January 17, 2025, GPBank was converted into a single-member limited liability Commercial Bank with 100% capital owned by VPBank. From October 8, 2025, GPBank officially launches a new brand identity, marking a comprehensive transformation with the new name Generation of Prosperity Bank - symbolizing the journey towards an era of prosperity and sustainable development.
1. Data Collection & Processing
- Gather data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, databases).
- Clean and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Data Analysis & Visualization
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess performance and identify trends.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
3. Forecasting & Modeling
- Build predictive models based on historical data.
- Provide recommendations for process and product improvements based on data insights.
4. Data Management & Security
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations.
- Manage and maintain data repositories for analysis and reporting.
🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
2. Knowledge/Expertise:
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and predictive modeling.
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Python/R and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
3. Skills:
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify discrepancies.
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
4. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
5. Other Advantages: High integrity, attention to detail, and quick learning ability.

🌱 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
1. Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).

- Location 02: 19 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (GPBank Headquarters).
