Department / Division: Data Solutions and Analytics Department - Information Technology Division

Reports To: Department Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in testing projects related to data systems as a Tester/QA.
• Review requirement documents (BRD/FS) and design documents to fully understand functionalities to be tested.
• Develop test plans, design test cases and test scenarios; execute various types of testing including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT.
• Track defect resolution progress and verify fixes.
• Take responsibility for data quality assurance, including datasets, reports, and reported figures.
• Work closely with business teams to receive data-related issues; collaborate with Data Engineers (DE), Data Analysts (DA), and Business Analysts (BA) to clarify issues and validate requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a QA/Tester, include 2-3 years join in Data project.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation, comparing source vs. target, and testing data pipelines.
• Experience working with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse projects.
• Experience in Banking/Finance domain is preferred.
• Experience in test automation or certificate is a plus.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

• Working Hours: Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00) (may remote).
• Work Locations: 45 Nguyen Van Huyen, Cau Giay, Ha Noi (New GPBank Technology Headquarters)
