Department / Division: Data Solutions and Analytics Department - Information Technology Division
Reports To: Department Manager
🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, analyze, assess, and coordinate the handling of IT service requests related to data (ETL, DWH, BI, reporting, integration, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical teams (development, operations, data architecture, data governance, etc.) to implement data solutions and services based on user requirements.
- Manage the data service portfolio, including support for reporting, dashboards, queries, and data sharing for business units.
- Monitor SLAs and service quality, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and issues.
- Participate in the end-to-end request lifecycle management — from intake, analysis, prioritization, implementation, testing, to acceptance.
- Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure all services comply with information security policies, access controls, and data governance standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and reduce turnaround time for recurring requests.
🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS
I. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- 2–4 years of experience in roles such as IT Service Delivery, Data Support, Data/BI Analyst, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of components within the data ecosystem: DWH, BI, ETL, Data Governance, Big Data, and Data Lake.
- Preferred candidates have experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) or database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Ability to understand business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate effectively with development and implementation teams

🌱 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
I. Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).
