✨OVERVIEW OF GPBANK
- On January 17, 2025, GPBank was converted into a single-member limited liability Commercial Bank with 100% capital owned by VPBank. From October 8, 2025, GPBank officially launches a new brand identity, marking a comprehensive transformation with the new name Generation of Prosperity Bank - symbolizing the journey towards an era of prosperity and sustainable development.
- At the same time, GPBank is the pioneer bank in Vietnam to implement a completely new Core Banking system, built on China’s modern OneConnect Core platform. This strategic move reflects the bank’s ambition to become a technology-driven digital banking leader, not only rebuilding its entire system from scratch but also laying the foundation to replicate and transfer this model to other member units within the VPBank ecosystem.
Department / Division: Corporate Banking Product Department - Product Development Center
Reports To: Department Manager
🎨 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze business requirements from the Corporate Banking Division and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and collaborate with IT teams for solution design and testing.
- Conduct market analysis, assess corporate client needs, and propose enhancements for Digital Banking products/services.
- Participate in project implementation for product feature development, ensuring compliance with business and risk management requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate solution performance, report progress and issues to Team Leader/Department Head.
- Support training and communication on processes and product features for business units.
🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS
I. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
II. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- Strong understanding of banking products and services for corporate clients, especially Digital Banking channels.
- Proficiency in business analysis processes, BRD documentation.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and risk management policies in banking.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation, customer needs assessment, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and project management skills.
III. Work Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, including business analysis and solution implementation for corporate clients.
- Agile/Scrum experiences
IV. Skill
- Ability in English reading and writing (mandatory), and speaking, listening (preferable)
- Teamwork, careful, attention to detail, logical thinking
- Effective communication with technical and business teams.

🌱 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
I. Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).
