Department / Division: Bank Digitalization Solution - Information Technology Division

🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage the product backlog for digital platforms (e.g., Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, eKYC, RM tools) and internal operational systems (e.g., BPM, ECM, DMS)
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user experience, and urgency aligned with the bank’s digital transformation strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Business Unit, BAs, Developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, and Retrospectives to maintain alignment and agility.
- Act as the central contact point for clarifying business requirements and coordinating issue resolution during development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Communicate effectively with business units, operations, testing teams, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations and execution.
- Gather and manage feedback from end users and business units, updating the backlog accordingly.
- Monitor post-release performance of digital platforms, including usage metrics, error rates, and actual user experience.
- Propose enhancements to improve system usability, operational efficiency, and customer experience across digital platforms.
- Ensure all solutions comply with IT architecture guidelines, information security policies, IT procedures, and internal governance standards.
🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS
I. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
- Candidates with relevant international certifications are preferred, such as:
+ PSPO I/CSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
+ PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
+ CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
+ PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BA/IT PO role, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner for IT products in the banking or financial sector.
- Solid understanding of digital banking platforms such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, eKYC, Digital Onboarding, RM/Branch tools, Self-Service Banking, BPM/Workflow systems, and ECM/DMS...
- Good knowledge of banking operations, business process flows, and approval procedures—especially in digital channels and back-office domains.
- Familiarity with product design, UX/UI best practices, product lifecycle management, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic understanding of project management fundamentals, especially the three key constraints: Scope, Time, and Quality—to ensure effective control over product development and delivery
- Ability to define product goals, identify MVP, manage backlog, and track delivery with ownership.
- Preferred: knowledge or hands-on experience with enabling technologies such as RPA, OCR, Chatbot, e-Signature, or third-party digital service integration (Open API).
II. Skills

III. Relevant Experience
- Banking domain experiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum model, with hands-on collaboration with Scrum teams; strong understanding of sprint-based development process and stakeholder roles
- Candidates with experience in digital transformation or core banking modernization projects are preferred

I. Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).
